The prospectus and the prescribed application forms are available in the school office at the time of the declaration of S. S. C. (Std X) results by Goa Board. A student who desires to join the school either in Arts/Commerce/Vocational Stream should submit the prescribed form of admission duly filled. He/she should produce his/her School Leaving Certificate in original from the school last attended by him/her and the original mark sheet of the S. S. C. examination along with a true copy and Birth Certificate.
Parents/Guardians must accompany the students at the time of admission. Every student seeking admission to the school should submit 2 copies of his/her recent identity card size photographs along with the admission form.
All admissions are valid only for the academic year and are required to be renewed by application in the prescribed form for every subsequent year of study in the Higher Secondary School. A student who has passed the S. S. C. or the equivalent examination from other Boards and who desires to take admission in Std XI in this school must obtain ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE from the Secretary, Goa Board of Secondary and Higher
Secondary Education, Porvorim.
GENERAL DEPOSIT:
Application for the refund of the General deposit must be made within 6 months of the applicant ceasing to be a student of the school. If the same is not collected by the students within the stipulated time, the same will be treated as unclaimed deposit and will be forfeited to the Government.
